Responsibilities

  • High work ethic Monday through Saturday

  • Follow our proven outreach and sales process

  • Manage your pipeline and follow up without being told

  • Be a team player who makes the person next to them better

Results

  • Minimum pipeline activity and conversion targets set at hire

  • Consistent carrier and customer account growth month over month

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of freight, logistics, or B2B sales experience preferred

  • Self-managed and disciplined with your own time

  • Exceptional on the phone — this is non-negotiable

  • Strong communicator across phone, email, and LinkedIn

Compensation

Base Salary + Uncapped Commission OTE $65,000 – $120,000+ Top performers earn more. We don't cap what you can build here.
