The Challenge

Fyffes secured an opportunity to distribute their bananas to Sprouts stores nationwide, creating a need for reliable transportation. They tasked us with managing a key lane from Oxnard, CA, to the Aurora, CO, Sprouts Distribution Center. As this was a new lane for Fyffes, they faced the challenge of having no established carrier relationships or cost structure in place.
