Responsibilities

  • Bring a high work ethic every day Monday through Saturday — this industry does not pause and neither do we

  • Execute our carrier outreach process with discipline and consistency

  • Manage your own pipeline without being reminded — ownership is not optional here

  • Invest in your teammates the same way you invest in your carriers — relationships win everywhere

Results

  • Meet and exceed pipeline activity and conversion benchmarks set at the start

  • Build and grow a carrier network that compounds in value month over month

  • Deliver consistent lane coverage that makes Tenacity Express the first call our customers make

Requirements

  • 1–2 years in freight, logistics, or B2B sales — experience in flatbed, RGN, or heavy haul moves you to the front of the line

  • Disciplined with your time and your follow through — no hand holding here

  • Exceptional on the phone — if you are not comfortable making 50+ calls a day this is not your role

  • A communicator who can build trust fast across phone, email, and LinkedIn

Compensation

  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commission structure built for serious earners

  • OTE $65,000 – $110,000+ in year one for the right performer

  • No artificial ceiling — no territory limits — no politics deciding your pay
